This March, the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust (NMPAT) is hosting the Big Sing: School of Rock, consisting of four consecutive evenings in which 500 young singers from Northamptonshire’s primary schools and NMPAT county choirs perform on-stage, including featured soloists in leading roles.

Royal & Derngate has said that the musical is based upon the book by Julian Fellowes, and features music by acclaimed composer Andrew Lloyd-Webber and lyrics by Glenn Slater.

Taking part in the performances, Kingsley Primary School, a part of Northamptonshire-based multi-academy trust InMAT, has asked locals to support their pupils in the performance and purchase tickets to go and watch. The school has also emphasised that tickets are selling out fast as all InMAT schools will be in attendance of the event

The performances will take place from the 6th to the 9th March at The Derngate, Northampton. Tickets are available at: https://tickets.royalandderngate.co.uk/82909/82910
